Add a wine or sake pairing and there is a reasonable chance we will be rolling towards the elevator afterwards rather than walking elegantly.

The Conservatorium is another favorite of mine. I spend so much time there that it genuinely feels like a second home, and I go there privately too. I love the atmosphere, the spa and the fact that one innocent glass of rosé in the lobby can somehow turn into several hours. The Rosewood has also become one of those places where I am very happy to disappear for an afternoon or evening.

But a date with a high class escort in Amsterdam doesn’t always need a beautiful hotel or restaurant. Take me to a brown café in the Jordaan, put on some Dutch music and I can be equally happy.
